Based off the Classic Bokara Cabin Price this includes local Tauranga delivery and electrical code of compliance. The real beauty of our cabins is you don't need a permit to install them.

NO PERMIT REQUIRED
Our cabins are within the legal square footage limits required for non-permit accommodation
ELECTRICAL
All cabins are fully pre-wired and fitted off by a local registered electrician. All cabins include twin power points. We provide an electrical certificate of compliance with each cabin.
DELIVERY
We deliver to your site via hi-ab and install your cabin ready to use. Local Tauranga delivery is included in the price. Out of town delivery is POA.
FULLY INSULATED
All of our cabins are fully insulated, that means floor, walls and ceiling.
DOUBLE GLAZED
All of our cabins have aluminium joinery and double glazing. This incudes an 2000mm ranchslider and one window.
LIGHTING
All cabins come with one exterior light and modern LED lighting fitted inside.
CARAVAN +
POWER LEAD
A power lead is included to connect power to your cabin.
ROOFING
Colorsteel roofing and flashings
ENTRY STEP/DECK
A standard entry step/deck comes with your cabin creating an attractive entrance point and allowing you to keep the dirt outside.
BLINDS
All cabins are fitted with blinds and or curtains
FIRE ALARM
All cabins are fitted with a 10-year smoke alarm.
